Infrastructure
Traffic Flow
Implementing smart traffic management systems to reduce congestion on Minton Road and Hollywood Blvd to improve commute times for all residents.
Water & Sewer
Implementing our new Water Plant and upgrading our Water Treatment (Sewer) Facility. This would include a reduction in sewer odors for the residents along Henry Ave.
Zoning
A continued resistance to development of high rises in the backyards of our communities. John was the only member of council to speak against this development at the Brevard County Commission in 2024
